      Pros

      Other than working with some great colleagues, that’s really it...

      Cons

      The pay is barely enough to survive on and Honestly commission is not worth it in the end. Make sure you read your employment contract fully especially the section regarding the commission pay out. They don’t care about the wellbeing of their employees, and unfortunately that’s why they couldn’t keep good employees. All they care about it money.

      - role pays commission - hybrid/remote positions (depends on which office you are in)

      Cons

      - do not approve of CEO - stressful working environment with micromanaging - randomly implements policies and made the job harder - no room for growth ( promotion is based on amount of time not performance)

      Pros

      Branch manager was great. They were a great teacher and motivator. Always wanted you succeed. Commission from placements could be nice.

      Cons

      CEO is the worst I’ve ever worked for. He has set us up for failure and has flat out said he doesn’t trust his employees. Major micromanaging and implementation of computer tracking program where time is deducted from our paychecks if there is any idle time. New processes are implemented weekly that keep us bogged down and make meeting our KPIs near impossible. Any of our questions and concerns are dodged and danced around by CEOs minions as we never hear from him himself.
