Pros

- Great benefits (very strong PTO structure) - Freedom to run your own desk how you'd like & explore new markets - Flexible schedule

Cons

- Toxic environment where you're treated differently & excluded if you're not a part of the "clique" - Pressure to prioritize quick, short-term deals over building long-term relationships with clients and candidates - Managers/directors constantly bragging & talking down to staff - Limited opportunities for career progression or professional growth - Lack of transparency, with frequent dishonesty toward clients just to close deals and secure signed terms

Pros

Great CEO and tools. A lot of flexibility.

Cons

Could be more collaborative. It’s a remote environment so at times could feel like you are on a bit of an island. Somewhat unstructured markets and strategy.

Pros

This is a company that gives you the autonomy and resources necessary to develop yourself, your skills, and your business. Recruitment is a sales job, one of the tougher ones since you have to sell to both clients and candidates. The people here make a stressful, hard job so enjoyable and exciting to do every day. My boss has gone from a manager to a mentor and lifelong friend over the last 2 years. Even in my lowest moments, I've never doubted that he cares about me and my success beyond just a budget or employee-manager relationship. We also have tons of fun! Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly incentives along with quarterly and half-year trips with the CEO!

Cons

This is a very tough sales job that often takes more than just 8 hours of your day. Work-life balance can quickly slip if you don't put effort into keeping balance in your life. The good thing is that the managers here do their best to help curb burnout and notice when you're putting in a little too much time and effort. They want you to succeed in and out of the office! The CEO is a bit eccentric, but what CEO isn't 😅
