This is my first field based contract position with a pharmaceutical company as an educator for Medical Affairs / Medical Science Liaison. Jon and Michele are very professional and made the transition seamless. My contract agreement was all conducted on line. Both Jon and Michele are accessible and responsive to my needs. Hired by Matrix is a stellar company committed to customer service.

i worked with Cathy and Jon, they are great people to work with when it comes to interviewing with a company. They make the interviewing process seamless and they get back to you asap with the clients feedback. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a permanent or contract position. It is one of the best companies to work for and with when looking for a job.

Very professional and attentive. I am currently employed at a great company doing what I dreamt to do for years because of them. It is very evident that they are proud of what they do and they are constantly checking in to give advise, whether it is on interviewing tips, speaking highly about the applicant to the client or even after getting the job to make sure you are doing ok.

Cons

None to report. My experience with them was brief given that they did such a great job at matching me to the job I was looking for.
