      Pros

      Smart people that really care about thier clients and consultants. The Hired by Matrix employees volunteer as a team 2 times a year to help their community.

      Cons

      Demands the best of their people which is a good thing and keeps us on our toes!

      Work hard and you will be rewarded with a great career.Co-workers are terrific.

      It is the nature of the business, but even on days off/vacations you wind up working.

      Pros

      Exceptional co-workers who are wonderful to work with; A growing Charitable Giving Program that allows us to participate and really be involved; Brand new office space with ultra modern feel.

      Cons

      Resctructuring has taken a very long time. Its great that the company has been transformed to a different business model but sometimes its hard to keep up with all the change.
