      Pros

      Exceptional co-workers who are wonderful to work with; A growing Charitable Giving Program that allows us to participate and really be involved; Brand new office space with ultra modern feel.

      Cons

      Resctructuring has taken a very long time. Its great that the company has been transformed to a different business model but sometimes its hard to keep up with all the change.

      Pros

      Friendly employees who are more than happy to help eachother out. There is a team driven atmosphere that is helpful in having a positive work experience. Recently moved to an open office plan in Glen Rock, helps to create a more progressive work environment which has helped productivity. Strong IT recruitment background and a proven track record with a great client list.

      Cons

      Sometimes sight can of the 'big picture' due to micro level goals and KPIs.

      Pros

      I've been with Hired by Matrix(HbM) close to two years and enjoy the vibrant culture. The staff is professional, focused and team oriented. The benefits are stellar and the compensation plans are very competitive. I see only great and exciting things for HbM's future!

      Cons

      The size of the company lends itself to staff having to wear different hats. For some that might be a bit of a challenge.However, that scenrio provides opportunities to hone a wide variety of skills and to discover new interests and abilities.
