My role as a Scrum Master - Senior Business System Analyst at UPS, facilitated by Hired by Matrix, has been a transformative experience in my career. Daily stand-up meetings and retrospective reviews have been instrumental in our Agile journey, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Through daily stand-up meetings, I ensured that the team stayed aligned and addressed impediments promptly, leading to smoother project execution. Retrospective reviews allowed us to reflect on our processes, celebrate successes, and refine our approach continually. This journey with UPS and Hired by Matrix has not only honed my Agile and Scrum expertise but has also exposed me to the inner workings of a global logistics and technology giant committed to innovation and excellence. This role has showcased the power of Agile methodologies in adapting to change and delivering value to customers efficiently. Pros: 1. Continuous improvement- identifying areas of enhancements during the sprint. 2.Team empowerment- voice their opinions and propose their changes. 3. Enhanced efficiency- addressing issues and refining user stories to have smooth execution. 4. Boosted team morale- acknowledge improvements boosted team morale and cohesion.

Nevertheless, 1. Time constraints like for example, schedule of meeting is often a time constraint to address the retrospective focused and prioritized work items open for discussion. 2. Resistance to change - like team is proposed with different solutions and finally J have to conclude with the majority concern and mitigating this resisted changes proposed during retrospective.
