Hour lunch. Paid breaks. Flex time. HR and IT staff are great.

Cons

Poor Management. High turnover rate. Poor training. Staff consists of a handful of employees there for 4 years and the rest for a year or less.

If you are desperate it is a job.

Cons

This is not a good co to work for. There is no career path. The US team is basically a distribution center for Japan. Japan controls all decisions made in US. No US design team. All products designed in Japan and forced on other markets. Complete lack of management direction.
