Pros

Hirose is an old school company – but for the most part they take care of their employees. Yearly raises, 401K match and opportunities for growth.

Cons

At times, it was challenging to work with the Japan based mother company. Health insurance is a tad pricey. Management can be a bit frugal with the purchase of basic office essentials.

Team in San Jose is driven, and will listen to new ideas openly. Also, fairly relaxed work enviroment, and decent location.

Cons

Pay isn`t as high as other similar companies. It is better to know Japanese to work here.
