Pros

I didn’t think it was possible to “like” or even “love” going to work every day. Working at Hirschi and seeing how management will take you under their wing and actively listen to your suggestions changed my mind. I never want to leave!

Management sets such a good example of work ethic and this trickles down to the happiness and productivity of the employees. I have such great mentors and I absolutely love working for this company!
