      Big organization apart from that no pros

      Cons

      There's no career growth here, no promotions. If we raise concerns, they hold grudges and start showing their dominance. The work culture is toxic, with a lot of politics and favoritism. Hardworking people get more work, while favorites of managers receive all the rewards and hikes.

      The overall brand of Hitachi, exposure of projects (depends on the team)

      Too many changes at the leadership and Hitachi has been taken over by WITCH leadership. The WITCH takeover has yielded zilch in Net New biz and they masquerade as if the company was in dire straits prior to their arrival - which is an awful delusion. The leadership have also brought over their buddies with even fancier titles - while their net contribution is maxing out miles / points by globetrotting. It pains to write this as the Top Management of Hitachi Ltd, extends support across multiple initiatives and are yet to get to this. Hopefully, soon!
