      Great place to learn and upskill, especially for early-career professionals. Good exposure to modern technologies (esp. AI/ML ). Supportive managers (depending on the project and team), but many leads are approachable and helpful. Decent work-life balance on most projects. Opportunities to work with enterprise-level clients and large-scale systems.

      Cons

      Annual hikes are below industry average; performance doesn’t always translate to good compensation. Internal politics can affect growth. Very client-centric culture, sometimes at the cost of employee well-being or career growth. Limited internal mobility and slow career progression. Many employees feel underpaid compared to market standards. A typical service-based structure, which may not suit everyone long-term.
