Unfair Appraisals and Poor Management Even after consistently receiving good performance ratings for 2 or even 4 years, don't expect a salary hike — there's no proper explanation provided during appraisals. Higher management is inefficient and often absent, frequently traveling between countries without adding value, wasting company resources in the process. One of the worst experiences was being asked to work from the office without being provided basic IT hardware. We were expected to work on small-screen laptops without monitors, keyboards, or mice. Raising a request for equipment is futile — no one responds. The campus infrastructure is also poor. There's not even sufficient two-wheeler parking available.
