      Great company to park, especially if you get a fancy designation

      The overall brand of Hitachi, exposure of projects (depends on the team)

      Cons

      Too many changes at the leadership and Hitachi has been taken over by WITCH leadership. The WITCH takeover has yielded zilch in Net New biz and they masquerade as if the company was in dire straits prior to their arrival - which is an awful delusion. The leadership have also brought over their buddies with even fancier titles - while their net contribution is maxing out miles / points by globetrotting. It pains to write this as the Top Management of Hitachi Ltd, extends support across multiple initiatives and are yet to get to this. Hopefully, soon!

      Pros

      We hit all our targets, so should be decent bonus payout.

      Cons

      Just found out there are no raises again this year. Should be a good bonus, but with no raises we lose money each year we stay. Not a good strategy to keep people invested for the long term.
