      Organization has changed multiple times over the years and leaders have come and gone leading to confusion about the accountability & ownership commitment of the leaders being hired.

      1. The management understands the ground issues in development/qa teams. 2. Everyone is given equal and sufficient opportunity to exhibit their skills. 3. You are on a continuous learning path. 4. Teams are productive and technically efficient. 5. Enthusiastic environment 6. Work Life balance is great with ample time for personal life - working hours are flexible.

      Cons

      perks outside salary(100% reimbursement of internet bill) - there is bureaucratic process that irritates. It is better not to consider anything that is outside salary if offered.
