      Pros

      Great benefits, compensation and development / progression opportunities. There is a real family feel and work / life balance is good. The rewards are certainly there, if you're prepared to put the work in.

      Cons

      The capabilities of the organisation are mind-blowing, however it can feel like we are keeping this a secret in the market and what we can do isn't widely known! Collaboration between parts of Hitachi Group is getting better, but it can be very frustrating sometimes.

      After working for 5 large orgs incl. Big4, found the best work culture at HDS. If a great work environment, a good work life balance and deep work is your thing, this is the place.

      Cons

      Smaller org leads to lesser growth opportunities.
