      Cons

      Lesser Projects. if an employee is released from any project or if the project is completed. once he is bench, you have less opportunities/projects. If an employee is on bench more than 3 months then company will intimate and ask you to resign with 3 months pay

      The people who work here are motivated and resilient. There is career progression and you are genuinely supported. You will be treated as an adult without the helicopter management style some places have.
