      Great company culture, opportunity to make changes and improvements, your voice is heard. Also in Raleigh office so many opportunities to do good in the community

      Not sure of the long-term career path for the next 3-5 years.

      Pros

      Working for a passionate company that allows you the flexibility to work and still have a life. Pay is great along with benefits and yearly increase/bonus. Time off if flexible, yes, it is normally "unlimited" but just be smart and don't take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can take longer to get approved by upper management or take longer to get going when you're working on a project due to many hands in the pot.
