      Pros

      The work life balance is amazing. Many times, I can be remote when needed. Unlimited PTO is great for vacation or emergencies that arise.

      Cons

      Pay: some people who have finished the rotational program didn't get a big pay bump. It's important to negotiate well. Those who do the rotational program should be planning ahead for when the program finishes and be prepared for final placement.

      - Ability to experiment various departments to your liking - Ability to visit various different sectors within the business - Networking with various employees

      Cons

      - Relocation can be very exhausting - Contract restricts graduates to leave the company without debt (paying back sign-on bonus, lump sum, relocation expenses)
