- Fair Pay - Tries to be employee happiness conscious. For example, they do push better than other companies for work/life balance. - Less political than other companies I have worked for, especially since they are very large.

Cons

- Massive company with lots of layers, so you can get lost in the shuffle. - The layers create a lot of inertia to get things moving. - A lot of products so a lot of initiatives, which can sometimes feel like getting pulled in too many directions to focus and execute properly. - A lot of products and large company, so messaging gets lost.
