      1. You will get all kind of support from your team, HR, Drs. and cross functional supports. 2. Learning is best part of your job. 3. Hike is good. 4. You can explore your self in multiple directions. 5. In this COVID situation they have Doctor staff (on company payrroll) who will help you round the clock.

      Cons

      only health insurance for parents is not good (which you can manage from out side too).
