      Pros

      Best in class technical experts, flexible working environment, good benefits. When the overall product business does well, everyone benefits

      Cons

      Sales and Billability targets are aggresive despite having very few past projects and customer relationships. High turnover means most employees are taking on extra work to keep projects moving forward. Lack of true leadership and employee culture leaves many employees without a clear vision of what is trying to be achieved. Short term profits take priority over long term growth
