Extremely toxic management culture at the middle management level, characterized by professional stalking and mobbing. There is an implicit expectation of working late hours (often until 11 PM) under the guise of "transformation." The organization fosters an environment of internal politics and whistleblowing rather than collaboration. Senior managers are often forced to manage underperforming or difficult teams without any support from HR or leadership, leading to severe burnout.
