      I work with some of the brightest people I've ever met, so the environment feels enriching.

      Cons

      The work-life balance has felt a little lacking. You're not pressured to stay longer, but the job is fairly fast-paced so there's an overall feeling of needing to get work done, so you'll find yourself working late as a result.
