My immediate bosses are great.

Cons

No trust in employees by HR or senior management. Zero written HR policies to back up mandates. 50% office requirement, but office internet has the speed and reliability of 90s dial-up. No internal training on policies, procedures, or technology. Low morale with no effort for improvement.

Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

Cons

Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

Company has a Japanese name run by Italians that have no idea what they are doing. Anything from Cyber security to Finance its a nightmare. Things take months to get anything done.
