Co-workers are supportive and very wiling to share their knowledge of the companies products. Free parking deck. Sounds like a small perk, but you'll appreciate not having you car baked in the sun or covered in snow after work.

Cons

Not cutting edge technologies, but they are working to improve methodologies.
