Pros
The salary and benefits are decent. Good work-life balance. Ideal company if you want a secure job and not so changing environment.
Cons
The management is too traditional in running the business, and many projects get stuck as the decision making process is too centralized. Simple tasks requiere many approvals and quite often, after long time in development, they get rejected by the top management in preference of old and less efficient processes. Can be frustrating.
