- Many talented and skillful researchers - Good work and life balance - Mutual respect culture, managers listen to team member's opinions carefully - Have a chance to engage in very large-scale research projects
Cons
- Limited interaction with other departments. - Salary is not good enough for distinguished researchers - Research topics are too fragmented and complex. cannot feel that we are doing research toward a common goal. - The concept of some Hitachi business is obscure (e.g. Most does not understand what is Lumada), and the company does not grow dramatically based on conservative culture
