Pros
Flexible hours. Great people to work with. Work-life balance is great. Opportunity to learn new things. Company really respect your opinion on whether or not you want to do something. Management is very approachable.
Cons
The physical office in Toronto feels "cheap" for the lack of a better word. Desks and chairs are very old and look like they have been acquired from a second hand shop. No assigned desks so it's first come first serve. On days when there's company meetings, multiple people have to squeeze into one desk-area.
