      Pros

      Supportive and forward looking management team with an emphasis on skill development. Office relations are generally pleasant with minimal politics.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from management. Depending on Japanese ability, there can be little direct communication between local managers and HQ in Japan resulting in poor efficiency and responsiveness. As with most Japanese companies, a glass ceiling exists in the form of the Japanese GM and a lack of Japanese ability can limit your career opportunities.

      Pros

      Good benefits, fair salary, good ambiance, more employees are friendly, free shuttle service, good clinic service, has individual locker, separated uniform for outside and inside of production area, complete personal protective equipment.

      Cons

      in times of financial crisis, administration make a 3 groups, 2 shifts schedule. and it make us a low salary and also we are lacking our financial needs.
