Pros

They have good number of projects in Oracle. Most of the projects are small one. Good learning opportunities.

Cons

After accruing Sierra Atlantic, the policies has been revised which most of the employees found uncomfortable to deal with. Junior level employees don’t find any great career path. Trainings and onsite opportunities are very less. Pay hike is less and below standards. Also this is not an ideal company for non-oracle people.
