-Work with teams of intelligent and dedicated people -Good, friendly, collaborative culture. Each office has a culture and community committee that seeks to provide networking, philanthropic, and networking events -Smaller consulting firm that offers more opportunities to consultants

Cons

-External training opportunities can sometimes be difficult to obtain -Local project availability is sometimes limited and travel is often the case

Pros

good pay, policy and work culture. management is reachable and feel like home atmosphere. Practice is good and many extra curricular activities are there.

Cons

less project, less onsite opportunities. 3 months notice period and there is no defined process of work. You have to accomplish of your own. Risk is there if you are in bench.

You get to work with some really bright and talented individuals.

Cons

I was staffed on the same project for my whole 2 year duration there. I'm sure if I complained or whined I could've got off that project, but I didn't. Anyway, if you're doing a good job, there's a pretty good chance you'll be stuck at your engagement for the long run.
