      The people, the dynamic environment.

      Cons

      Lower salary than other consulting firms, if you want to travel this place isn't for you they keep you mostly local. You are rated based on your utilization, but you are not in control of your utilization.

      Pros

      1. The people 2. The people 3. The people The reason I joined? Everyone I talked to in the recruiting process, from recruiter to VP cared about getting to know me. This may sound simplistic, but I felt like with other companies I interviewed with I was only a number. This should give you a clue about the type of people that work at Hitachi.

      Cons

      1. Compensation is lower than other companies - bonuses seem almost nonexistent 2. Feedback cycle is very rigid 3. The PTO system needs work - the accrual limits and carry-over payout limitations are frustrating 4. Takes a year to start 401k matching
