      Cons

      There aren't many downsides - work life balance and tend to get unbalanced if you let it. Also, sometimes focus can be placed more on profit than on people with higher than average utilization targets.

      Hitachi places a lot of emphasis on maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. Your peers and colleagues are really what make this firm a great place to work.

      Cons

      Compensation increases are not as attractive as those of competitors. Projects lack the 'glamor' of some other consulting firms.
