Pros

Not only is work-life balance pretty chill (although the company is currently actively trying to make it worst), but I've also met some pretty cool and innovative people in this company, with the right agile mentality, trying to build a sustainable future for the company...

Cons

Unfortunately, the company will do anything and all to shut these people down, and focus solely on the now, and never on the tomorrow. The product is stale, the technologies are stale, compensation is stale, and the rare innovation initiative that appears is quickly either shut down or completely mismanaged into the ground.
