Pros

My site, still has the startup culture. Flat hierarchy. Good work life balance. Bonuses are nice and health care and other benefits are top notch. Good company to be in IOT space.

Cons

None real cons. Just for me, I want to build new products/projects from the ground up instead of fixing someone else's bugs.
