      Pros

      Until about 18 months ago this was a good place to work. The people are great, and the technologies being used are cutting edge.

      Cons

      Being made more and more corporate as it gets sucked deeper and deeper into the Centrica behemoth.

      Really friendly place with good benefits

      Cons

      The senior management don't have a clue. The strategy changes every three months. Important decisions are made on a whim and with no consideration of the implications. We are having another round of redundancies now with 40% of the staff going, but the targets (which we couldn't hit before) are unchanged. There is no way this is going to end well.
