Pros
Awesome lovely fantastic people to work with, passionate and dedicated. Good work from home culture (although see cons). Good central London location (if you are in the wework building, otherwise mediocre head office)
Cons
No strategy, no plan, micro managed to within an inch of your life - almost everything has to be signed off by the CeX. No motivation/drive to deliver (although this does mean you can get away with doing a half arsed job and no one really notices/care/calls you on it). Currently has no business plan and no plan to deliver any kind of profit, so unless you are prepared to rock up, get some experience and then jump before you are pushed this is NOT the job for you. Contractor heavy workforce earning significantly more than perm staff, not the place to work if you judge yourself against other or generally have any pride in your value as an individual. Also, our HR team are sent from hell itself. People skills is NOT a top their list.
