Pros
The store closes at 8 pm except for a few days a year when hours are extended to 9 pm. All employees get some kind of bonus for major holidays. The lengths of your shifts tend to stay the same other than during Christmas time.
Cons
Most employees come in as part-time or seasonal not realizing how hard it is to secure a full time position and once holiday time is over it gets REALLY slow and hour cuts can be harsh.
