This was a great job to start soon after college. Wonderful coworkers, often a filling role, and a free masters degree with full time employment. You get all the student benefits as well (such as student job boards) if you get your degree.

Cons

The pay is low because of the benefits. You’re expected to work on weekends when asked because they say they’re paying you during an hour of lunch each day.
