Beautiful campus, good work-life balance (9-5)

Cons

The people who cared about students were great but usually in low-ranking and powerless positions. The people in higher administrative positions did not care about employees or students at all.

*One of the strongest, best representative union and union contract in the country *Some of the strongest, most passionate faculty body that I've ever had the pleasure of working with

Cons

*Borderline laughable research/sponsored research department (weakest IRB that I've ever worked with) *Very poor support for departments - no real investment institutionally in departments and consequently impacting morale *Much of campus is old and outdated
