Being part of an intellectual community like that at the University is like no other experience one can have. You'll learn so much on the job that you'll wonder why you didn't apply sooner.

Cons

*Campus is very large, and has the potential to be a little impersonal, but the ideal candidate for a position there should be able to handle it without a problem, so long as they are relatively outgoing.
