Pros

Campus is really pretty and love seeing students walk around and enjoy their time. No issue with parking even when class is in session. Able to WFH if need be with one offs. On a hybird schedule - 3 days in and 2 days home.

Cons

No growth but can move internally to different depts. Pay needs to be better with the title.
