Compensation & Benefits are set against the value you add and the market price, which is fair. A no nonsense and straight forward way of doing business in do what you say and say what you do. Love this mentality. Where you coming from or what you are is not a thing. You do your thing, that is what defining your value for your role. The senior management is 100% approachable and the teams are committed to out success. Work & Life balance is absolute amazing. From home or other countries, depending on the task you'd like to complete.
