Pros

Presidents seem to care about employees to an extent. But, don't really care that their pay packages and work-life balance are behind the times.

Cons

Pay is low, benefits are expensive and poor coverage. Vacation plan is way outdated. 1 week after a full year. Where does that exist anymore? No work time flexibility. This is outdated too. If you don't trust your employees to do the right thing then you have the wrong employees.....or the wrong managers.

Pros

Was a small family owned company feel with stability. Benefits for most employees are not bad at all.

Cons

Corporate structure put into place and people shifted around in positions where they have no idea what they are doing. More of a wing it attitude all the time. Managers forcing employees to get on and give good reviews. Lets flood the market with good and god forbid there was any truth spoken. Lives have been given to this company and children have lost many moms and dads to long hours and all for what, a career? The company pushes "Family" but the feeling is lost on the lower management level. Brian and Carl are great, best you will ever meet.

Great family owned business. Constantly growing and providing new opportunities for it's employees. Core competencies include Supply Chain Management, Truck Leasing & Rental, Dedicated Contract Carriage and Over the Road Services.
