You get to visit customers and see a lot of different things.

Cons

The company is family owned. They only think of themselves. The owners pick who they like and let them do whatever they want.. If you are not in the click your days are numbered.

A company that truly cares about its employees... the ownership contributes a majority of the profits back into a profit sharing team incentive for ALL employees rather than just keeping it for themselves.

Cons

Limited opportunity for my particular skill set.
