In house chef, good salaries, always learning, management encourages everyone to speak up about new innovations/suggestions to better the product, weekly gifts (cupcakes, etc) and great holiday gifts

Cons

Management not very approachable, team building is not a priority, expected to work 9.5 hours minimum per day, everyone is out for themselves
