      Pros

      Resource share across company. One company with very solid support departments and HR. Challenging work day-to-day but your in it with top performers in the industry typically.

      Cons

      With construction a project dynamic is rarely the same so experiences can vary from project teams and jobs to the next ones. Sometimes there are bad apples. Went through my phase of lacking a work life balance. Company has gotten Better over the years with associate experience improvements.

      Pros

      Good people, young presence is prominent. You get out what you put in. Work hard and eventually it will be noticed. Very large project, great experience.

      Cons

      Weekend work. Turnover seemed a little high as well.
