      Extended project duration which means if you are located somewhere you don’t like, you are stuck for awhile.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing. Holder genuinely cares about all of its employees and all of the people I have met have been nothing but supportive and accommodating. You are paid very well and get bonuses and raises every year. They are also very diverse and care a lot about workers safety.

      Cons

      A lot of long days for field guys during the peak of construction. There’s a lot of 12-14 hour days and you will work some nights and weekends on salary with no overtime. However, you are paid very well for your efforts.

      Pros

      Holder is a great place to work. Has plenty of opportunity to grow within the company. The culture is laidback and people are willing to help one another.

      Cant think of anything to complain about.
