There is no set schedule. I had to work all three shifts within the week. You also have to work on holidays. The pay is also low. There is rarely opportunity for advancement, the GMs tend to stick around for a long time

Rapid turnover (you will eventually be fired or worn down to quitting), unbelievably incompetent management, hostile environment, poor goal setting (contradictory goals). This place is deeply in the hole and you will be required to make up for shortfalls you had nothing to do with. Management thinks nothing of screaming at you because they feel like it. Owners are a non-entity and they should be on site at least a bit to provide guidance. You will just be told do this today and the next day be told to do the opposite. If you like chasing your tail, this is the place for you.
