Pros
For more hours you can help in laundry. Working hours are great. It keeps you physically fit. If you aren't a social person it teaches you better social skills.
Cons
The pay is not that great. There are no benefits offered other than a vacation once you have been there a year. After a while it can start having effects on your body from doing repetitive movement. There aren't any opportunities to move up in the company.
